Launch the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App
Select ‘Pay for Streethail’
Select ‘Masterpass’ as your mode of payment
You may manually enter the taxi number or scan the QR code, and scroll to select the promo code and proceed to tap on “Pair Ride” before the trip ends
A message “You have successfully paired your ride” will be shown upon successful pairing
Upon reaching the destination, ensure payment has been approved before alighting
