  1. Please ensure latest version of Grab app is installed 
  2. Click on “Click to Redeem” button in green on the Mooments eGiftCard link, on your mobile phone
  3. If you encounter 
    • “Redeem in Grab App” button, click on this button and confirm if it is the correct Grab account before adding your voucher
    • "Redeem Your Gift” button, click on this button, select “Food” and tap on “Get Your Voucher” -> “Confirm Your Voucher”
  4. Upon successful confirmation, voucher will be available in Offers/My Rewards section of the Grab app
  5. To place your order, tap ‘Food’ on the home screen
  6. Choose the merchant, select the menu you want to order and proceed to cart
  7. Tap on “Offer”
  8. Select the food voucher by tapping “Use Now” 
  9. Review your booking details. Tap ‘Place Order’ and your GrabFood order will arrive shortly!

  3. Valid on the latest Grab app version only
  4. A successful redemption is only made upon checkout

  7. Voucher cannot be applied on the Small Order Fee and Platform Fee
