With CapitaStar App:
- On your gift card link, select "Click to Redeem" button for the CapitaStar App to open
- Click on Accept Gift
- After acceptance, balance will be displayed in your wallet
- To redeem, select "Pay" in your CapitaStar app
- Scan merchant's QR code
- Key in the amount to be utilised
- Show the success page to the merchant!
Without CapitaStar App:
- On your gift card link, select "Click to Redeem" button
- Your eCapitaVoucher will be opened on your web browser. Choose between ‘Local Resident’ or ‘Tourist'
- Key in your mobile number or email address to accept your eCapitaVoucher
- If this is the first-time you are accessing the link, you will be prompted to set up a PIN for your web wallet
- Your unique web wallet is successfully created, and you can revisit the link to utilise your vouchers
- To redeem, access your web wallet via https://pay.capitastar.com, click ‘Use to Pay'
- Scan merchant's QR code
- Key in the amount to be utilised
- Enter in your wallet PIN
- Show the success page to the merchant!

- An eCapitaVoucher, is stored on and made available through the CapitaStar App and/or the CapitaStar Web Wallet Website.
- Use the latest iOS or Android versions of the CapitaStar App
- The eCapitaVouchers shall be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of acceptance. No extension of the validity period of an eCapitaVoucher shall be granted.
- Multiple eCapitaVouchers may be used for the same transaction with a Merchant.
- If the aggregate value of the eCapitaVoucher(s) presented to a Merchant is less than the amount payable to the Merchant, the difference shall be paid by the recipient in cash or such other means as the Merchant may permit.
- No refund shall be given if the value of the eCapitaVoucher(s) presented to a Merchant exceeds the amount payable to the Merchant.
- An eCapitaVoucher, once issued, cannot be returned, exchanged or replaced for any other eCapitaVoucher of any value.
- A recipient who wishes to report any unauthorised transaction or erroneous transaction with respect to any eCapitaVoucher may do so through the reporting channel made available on or as specified in the CapitaStar App or Web Wallet Website
- The aggregate value of the eCapitaVoucher(s) held in a person’s CapitaVoucher Wallet shall not at any time exceed S$1,000
- Each eCapitaVoucher is used at the sole risk of the recipient. The recipient must check the number and details of eCapitaVoucher(s) before such eCapitaVoucher(s) are used by the recipient at any Merchant. A Merchant may decline to accept any eCapitaVoucher which has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered, defaced, damaged, or tampered with (as applicable).
- An eCapitaVoucher cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or in CapitaLand Voucher Pte. Ltd’s opinion, has been unlawfully obtained, or has expired or been voided, or is or appears to be a counterfeit or altered, defaced, damaged, or tampered with (as applicable). CapitaLand Voucher Pte. Ltd shall not be liable for or be required to replace any such eCapitaVoucher.
